Food employees keep fingernails trimmed, filed and cleanable, and unless wearing intact gloves do not wear nail polish or artificial nails when working with exposed food (Pf). They wear no jewelry on arms and hands while preparing food, except a plain ring such as a wedding band and, for a person with a disability covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, a medically necessary device that can be kept clean and worn without contaminating food. They wear clean outer clothing so food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles are not contaminated.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
