After installing new equipment or a new system, or extending, altering or modifying an existing one, the licensee fixes an installation label inside the control panel cover (or somewhere permanent where there is no panel); yellow and red labels are never used for new or altered installations. The label is white with black lettering, about three inches square and adhesive, and shows DO NOT REMOVE BY ORDER OF TEXAS STATE FIRE MARSHAL and INSTALLATION RECORD in capitals of at least 10-point bold type, the installing firm's name, address, telephone number and certificate number, the installation date with the licensee's handwritten signature and licence number, and the name and licence number of the planning superintendent, residential superintendent or professional engineer who planned the system.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
