South Korea AI Basic Act 34.1.1: High-impact AI: establish and operate a risk management plan

What does 34.1.1 require?

An AI business operator providing high-impact AI, or products and services based on it, establishes and operates a risk management plan for that AI as prescribed by Presidential Decree, so as to secure its safety and reliability. The Minister may publish specifics of the measures and recommend compliance; measures implemented under other laws designated by Decree count as equivalent.
