Where an AI system produces virtual sound, images or video that may be hard to tell from genuine material, the operator clearly notifies users or marks the output as AI-generated; where the output belongs to an artistic or creative work, the notice or mark may be given in a way that does not interfere with its exhibition or enjoyment.
