South Korea AI Basic Act 31.1: Advance notice that a high-impact or generative AI product or service is AI-based

What does 31.1 require?

An AI business operator providing a product or service that uses high-impact AI or generative AI gives users advance notice that AI underlies the product or service, in the manner set by Presidential Decree. Failure to give this notice attracts an administrative fine of up to 30 million won.
