Signatories give the PEGI Management Board, Council and Experts Group all appropriate information and follow in good faith the decisions of the Management Board, Complaints Board and Enforcement Committee; help PEGI meet its Article 4 commitments, including endorsing and publicising the Code; support public awareness of parental control tools and of safe, responsible play; take into account the rights, interests, needs and views of children when they design and assess products and services meant for children; and tell retailers directly, or have distributors and wholesalers tell them, that staff in face-to-face sales must follow the PEGI Retail Code (Annex B) and never sell a game against its age rating.
