PEGI - Pan European Game Information Age Rating System 10: Article 10: Labelling

The PEGI logo and descriptors appear on or with each game at a size that is legible and clearly visible to buyers at the point of sale, following PEGI's regularly updated Labelling and Advertising Guidelines, for every form of distribution: sale, rental, lending or cloud through digital platforms and sale, rental or lending in shops. Signatories use the labels in line with national law and never where the game is banned or subject to compulsory classification, and make best efforts to get online services outside their control that carry, feature or advertise their games to show the ratings and descriptors.
