Where the landlord, its spouse or partner, a close relative of either (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling, nephew or niece, aunt or uncle, first cousin) or a dependant living with the landlord will live at the premises for at least 6 months, the landlord gives the 90-day or 60-day notice and does not re-let within 6 months without the Secretary's approval, unless the new tenant is that relevant person or lives with them.
