NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 s87D: s 87D Actual sale requiring vacant possession: at least 30 days, not before a fixed term ends

Where a sale contract requiring vacant possession has been entered into, the landlord may give at least 30 days' notice for a periodic agreement, or for a fixed term a date on or after the term ends and at least 30 days after the notice.
