NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 s87J-K: ss 87J and 87K Key worker housing and purpose-built student accommodation: 90/60 days

The landlord may give the 90-day or 60-day notice where premises in a NSW Government key worker housing scheme are needed to house priority key workers and the tenant was told at the start that this could happen, or where purpose-built student accommodation was rented as a student and the tenant is no longer a student.
