NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010 s87H-I: ss 87H and 87I Affordable housing and transitional housing eligibility ended: 90/60 days

For premises let under an affordable housing scheme or a transitional housing program, the landlord may give the 90-day or 60-day notice (fixed terms not before their end) where the tenant is no longer eligible or the limited-period scheme or program has ended.
