Owner-builder work cannot be insured under Part 6. The owner of land for which an owner-builder permit was issued (including a successor in title) must not enter a contract to sell the land unless it contains a conspicuous consumer warning that a permit was issued (with its date) and that work done under an owner-builder permit need not be insured under the Act unless done by a contractor to the owner-builder. The warning is not needed for a sale more than 7 years and 6 months after the permit, for work below the prescribed cost or for prescribed classes. A contract without the warning is voidable by the purchaser before completion. Maximum penalty 1,000 penalty units for a corporation and 200 otherwise.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
