NSW Home Building Act 1989 s103EA: s 103EA No false or misleading insurance applications

A person applying to a licensed insurer for home building compensation insurance must not make a statement knowing, or reckless as to whether, it is false or misleading or omits something without which it is misleading, in a material particular (the accused bears the burden of proving immateriality). Maximum penalty 200 penalty units.
