A contractor licence holder who enters a residential building work contract covered by a contract of insurance under the Act must tell the insurer the identity of the contractor and of the other party, the address of the premises where the work will be done and any other prescribed particulars. Maximum penalty 80 penalty units for a corporation and 40 otherwise.
