A person must not tell the Commission or an investigator anything the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular, must not give them a document with information known to be false or misleading (unless the person identifies how and gives the correct information), and must not make a knowingly false or misleading entry in a document required or permitted to be kept under the Act. Maximum penalty 100 penalty units for each.
