What does 74 require?

Only animals that are abattoir animals (cattle, buffalo, camelids, goats, deer, sheep, pigs, horses and similar, birds, crocodiles, rabbits) or game animals may be slaughtered for human consumption, and only abattoir meat or game meat may be processed for it; in this section an animal is any vertebrate other than a fish. A meat processing plant making processed meat may use only abattoir or game meat that a meat safety inspector has passed as fit for people. Each limb carries 25 penalty units.
