NABERS - National Australian Built Environment Rating System WST-10: Lodge, rate and keep records under the waste validity and precinct rules

What does WST-10 require?

Chapter 10 and 11.3 with Waste for Offices 4.1 and 4.3: the Platform Administrator assigns an assessor, the customer authorises, and the assessor lodges within 120 days of a continuous 12-month period; validity is up to 12 months, never past 485 days, and National Administrator questions are answered within 10 working days. A new rating replaces the old immediately. Offices are rated for base building (6 stars above a 74 % Verified Waste Score) or whole building (6 stars above 84 %); buildings are rated individually where practicable, and office precincts combine the fewest buildings needed with the reasons and steps toward separate allocation recorded. Records, including assumptions, are kept seven years so an auditor can repeat the rating.
