4.3 to 4.5: office floor area covers all office space and support facilities (for a tenancy, the complete interrelated tenancy) and may be taken from a current NABERS energy or water rated area, official NLA, gross floor area or stack diagrams, less vacant or non-office space; one rating covers one complete building, tested by the ten single-building features. The assessor visually checks every floor at the spot measurement visit to count occupied office floors (lobbies and plant floors excluded). Floors to sample are the higher of the area and floor-count bands (1 floor up to 2,000 m2 or 3 floors, rising to 6 floors above 40,000 m2 or 35 floors) and points per floor follow average floor area (2 up to 500 m2, 3 up to 900, 4 up to 2,000, 5 above). Extra samples are allowed but all compliant data must be used; re-taking a reading because of its result is forbidden.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
