7.3.3: energy used in any space for the exclusive use of office tenants is part of the rated premises and is included if within the rating scope, whether or not the space's area is in the rated area. Energy for other spaces that are neither tenant-exclusive nor in the rated area may be excluded only where it is outside the minimum coverage and is metered and excluded in line with the Metering and Consumption Rules (or the Thermal Energy Systems Rules for thermal exclusions). A list of tenant-exclusive spaces and the calculations for other excluded spaces are kept.
