6.3.3: the count must be an actual site count in each functional space; asset inventories and server logs of online machines are not acceptable, and computers in spaces excluded for lack of consumption data are not counted. In agile or activity-based working spaces the count follows the same principles, ideally between 09:30 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:30, may include work points outside the NLA such as a cafe on the premises, and uses tenant information on typical occupancy. The assessor keeps marked-up desk layouts or site notes, identifies ABW spaces and records the count times.
