Energy and Water for Offices Rules v5.2 – NABERS - National Australian Built Environment Rating System

NABERS - National Australian Built Environment Rating System EWO-6.3.2: Count only complete personal computer systems in regular use

What does EWO-6.3.2 require?

6.3.1 and 6.3.2: computer counts are required for tenancy and whole building energy ratings only. A computer counts if it is a complete personal computer system (a system unit with at least one screen and keyboard: desktop, laptop or all-in-one, and thin clients) in regular use in a functional space; extra monitors or keyboards do not add systems, rack servers count only through the monitors in use, and where unclear the number of monitors set up for use decides. Incomplete systems (unit without monitor, docking station without laptop) are not counted, though a monitor showing an image is complete. Regular use needs a person at it, indirect signs of use, a manager's report, or verified booking records; systems in storage, obsolete, or used under half the time (low-use training rooms, server rooms, boardrooms, meeting rooms, stores) are not counted.
