What does EWO-5.3.7 require?

5.3.7 and 5.3.8: a separated server room in a base building rating takes the hours the base building supplies direct HVAC (from the OTA, BMS or facility manager's written confirmation), else default, else average hours; unseparated rooms take the adjoining space's hours. In whole building and tenancy ratings a server room takes the hours ventilation or air conditioning is provided by either party. A separated meeting room or support facility in a base building rating uses OTA plus AHAC, default, or average hours (the last added to potential error); in tenancy and whole building ratings it uses verified booking records, then the area-weighted average of the spaces it serves, then default, then average hours. Co-assess applications may enter a space once per scope.
