4.5.5: for base building ratings a support facility or meeting room not required to be separated is combined with an adjacent included space; if separated, it is excluded where the base building gives it no direct HVAC, gives it a lesser standard (including where tenant supplementary units are present) or only condenser water; spill air from the surrounding space is not direct HVAC. For whole building and tenancy ratings meeting rooms and support facilities are always included. In co-assess applications the same space may need entering once per scope.
