If an administration fails to reply, decide or support its disagreement within the period, the requester may seek the Bureau's help; the Bureau requests a decision, then after 30 days sends a 15-day reminder, after which Nos. 9.48 and 9.49 apply (9.60 to 9.62). Where disagreement continues the Bureau assesses the interference and gives its conclusions (9.63); if still unresolved, the requesting administration defers submitting its Article 11 notice for six months from the request or its publication (9.64), and the notice is then examined for probability of interference under Nos. 11.32A or 11.33 (9.65).
