ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards RR7: RR Article 7: Application of the procedures

What does RR7 require?

Administrations, the Board and the Bureau apply Chapter III to obtain coordination or agreement where the Regulations require it (Article 9) and to notify assignments for examination and recording (Article 11); the Bureau applies the provisions in force on the dates of receipt stated in 7.4A; any administration may ask the Board or Bureau for help (7.5, 7.6); bringing an assignment into use before starting coordination, or before notification where no coordination is needed, gives it no priority whatever (7.5A); and in interference cases under Article 15, Section VI, administrations are urged to show the utmost goodwill and cooperation (7.8).
