Both parties should put in place a process for managing the agreement during delivery so that compliance is maintained, the agreement stays current and all stakeholders share an understanding of its terms and obligations: monitor compliance with the agreement to protect the organization; keep it up to date with the relevant committee dealing with and approving every change; and provide amendments and renewals by mutual consent, each side designating a contract manager. Success factors: a current agreement, compliance with its terms and obligations, aligned stakeholders who understand it. Output: updated agreements.
