Context of the organization – ISO 37001:2016

ISO 37001:2016 4.2: 4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of stakeholders

Work out which stakeholders matter to the anti-bribery system and what each of them requires of it. Binding requirements can be kept apart from expectations that are not mandatory and from commitments the organization takes on voluntarily; Amendment 1 (2024) notes that stakeholders can have climate-related requirements.
