ISO 37301:2021 4.2: Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties The organization shall identify which interested parties matter to the CMS, what they relevantly require, and which of those requirements the CMS will deal with. Amendment 1:2024 adds a note that climate-related requirements may be among those held by relevant interested parties.
