ISO 37001:2016 4.3: 4.3 Determining the scope of the anti-bribery management system
Decide where the anti-bribery system applies and where its boundaries lie in order to settle its scope, taking into account the factors found under 4.1, the stakeholder requirements from 4.2 and what the 4.5 bribery risk assessment found, and keep the scope as documented information. Annex A.2 adds that facilitation payments are to be treated as bribes, while money extorted under threat to someone's health, safety or liberty falls outside the standard.
