ISO 27701:2019 7.3.1: Determining and fulfilling obligations to PII principals
The organization must determine and document its legal, regulatory and business obligations to the individuals whose data it processes and provide the means to meet them, ensuring those means are accessible and timely, documenting clearly for the individual how far, and in what way, the obligations are met, and giving a current contact point provided through a channel similar to the one used to collect the data and the consent.
