Water and ice that touch food or food packaging are risk-assessed for use and storage so contamination is ruled out, and are demonstrably potable. Potable water is used, in adequate quantity, to clean food contact surfaces; recycled water used in processes poses no contamination risk and meets potable water law, with records; water, steam or ice in direct food contact is sampled to a risk-based plan; and non-potable water runs in separate marked pipes that are never connected to, and cannot flow back into, the drinking supply.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
