The food safety policy declaration made by the producer supports a food safety culture built on training, communication, measurable objectives and worker feedback. It is filled in and signed every year by the producer or the manager responsible for food safety; names the people whose work has a bearing on food safety; shows commitment to continual improvement, to the culture, to providing resources and to meeting regulations; shows that management reviews every element of the food safety system each year, or whenever a change affects food safety; backs up the self-assessment for Option 1 producers; and, for producer groups and multisite operations running a QMS, is completed centrally at QMS level on behalf of the members.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
