Equipment, tools and devices that touch product are made of nontoxic materials and built for easy cleaning, disinfection and maintenance. All equipment, including items that never touch product such as scales, PPP and fertilizer applicators, thermometers and pH meters, is identified and maintained, checked on a routine basis, and calibrated where relevant at least once a year; calibration traces back to a recognised national or international standard or method. Maintenance, calibration and repairs are documented, and maintenance work must not put food safety, the environment or workers at risk. PPP sprayers have had their correct functioning verified in the past 12 months, with certification or documentation from an official scheme or from a person who can show competence, and irrigation and fertigation equipment has maintenance records at least annually.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
