Delivery notes, sales invoices and other sales documentation for products from certified processes carry the certificate holder's GGN (or GLN, which replaces the GGN where the producer has one) and a positive reference to the certification status such as GLOBALG.A.P. certified product name; noncertified product need not be labelled noncertified; internal documents are exempt; the indication is required whether or not the product was sold as certified, cannot be checked at the initial audit, and is not applicable only where a current documented bilateral agreement with the direct buyer states that all shipments contain only certified product.
