BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 6.4.2: 6.4.2 Measuring devices checked and adjusted at a risk-based frequency by a traceable method

Every identified measuring device, new ones included, must be checked, and adjusted where needed, at a frequency set in advance on risk, using a defined method that is traceable to a national or international standard wherever possible. Results are documented, and equipment must be readable and accurate enough for its purpose.
