Without undue delay the registrant must update its registration for any change in status or identity, change in composition, change of tonnage band including cessation, new identified uses and uses advised against, new knowledge of risks that changes the safety data sheet or chemical safety report, change of classification and labelling, update of the chemical safety report or safe-use guidance, the need to perform an Annex IX or X test (as a testing proposal), or a change in access granted to information. It must also submit the update required by an evaluation decision, or take account of an authorisation or restriction decision, by the deadline the decision sets. Updates carry the relevant fee.
