Ignitable or reactive waste must not be placed in tank systems unless it is treated, rendered or mixed before or immediately after placement so it no longer meets the ignitable or reactive definitions (with 264.17(b) met), is stored or treated so as to be protected from conditions that could make it ignite or react, or the tank is used solely for emergencies. Tanks storing or treating such waste must keep the protective distances from public ways, streets, alleys and buildable adjoining property lines set in Tables 2-1 to 2-6 of the NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (1977 or 1981).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
