No later than the closure certification of each hazardous waste disposal unit, the owner or operator must submit to the local zoning or land use authority and to the Regional Administrator a survey plat, prepared and certified by a professional land surveyor, showing the location and dimensions of landfill cells or other disposal units relative to permanently surveyed benchmarks; the plat filed locally must prominently note the owner's or operator's obligation to restrict disturbance of the disposal unit under Subpart G.
