A licence is required to export, reexport or transfer to or within the temporarily occupied Crimea region and the so-called DNR and LNR regions of Ukraine (including claimed maritime areas) any item subject to the EAR other than EAR99 food and medicine or free, widely available personal communications software; and to reexport, export from abroad or transfer to any destination foreign-produced items captured by the Russia/Belarus/Crimea FDP rule (not from Supplement No. 3 coalition countries); deemed exports are judged by passport or recognised nationality documents; deployments by the Government of Ukraine are excluded. Review is a policy of denial with case-by-case review for flight, maritime and nuclear safety, humanitarian needs, space cooperation, U.S. and A:5 or A:6 companies' subsidiaries and joint ventures, civil telecommunications and government-to-government activity; only TMP news media, GOV, GFT, TSU operation and sales, BAG, AVS and MED are available.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
