In support of UN Security Council resolutions, a licence is required for exports, reexports and transfers within Iraq of CCL items controlled for NS, MT, NP, CW, CB, RS, CC, EI, SI, SL or UN reasons, of specified RS-controlled 0B999, 0D999, 1B999, 1C992, 1C995, 1C997, 1C999 and 6A992 items, and of any item when the person knows, has reason to know or is informed it is for a military end use or end user not recognised by the U.S. Government as a legitimate military organisation (not for U.S. Government use or the Government of Iraq); transfers within Iraq of items exported under a licence or licence exception, or for WMD uses or to designated terrorists, also need a licence; ballistic missile means range above 150 km; listed licence exceptions (CIV, APP, TMP, RPL, GOV, GFT, TSU, BAG, AVS, ENC) may be used except for the military end-use requirement; policies deny nuclear, WMD, missile and arms contributions and review civil infrastructure case by case; holders of old OFAC licences keep disposition records.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
