Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties)
Consignment: overpacks, empty packagings, marking and labelling (Chapters 5.1 and 5.2) – Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties)

Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties) 5.2.2.1.1: Label every package, receptacle, IBC, overpack and unpackaged article with the primary and subsidiary hazard labels

What does 5.2.2.1.1 require?

Hazard labels identifying the primary and any subsidiary hazard, in the model 1 to 9 designs of 5.2.2.2.2, go on every dangerous goods package, cylinder, pressure drum, tube, MEGC, IBC, overpack and unpackaged article the Code covers, except placardable units carrying emergency information panels under Chapter 5.3, goods a special provision exempts, and limited quantities packed and marked under Chapter 3.4. A subsidiary hazard label is the same design as the class or division label for that hazard, with the class or division number in the bottom corner.
