Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s66: s 66 Display a consumer guarantees notice where the Minister has determined one

Where the Commonwealth Minister has determined in writing that suppliers, or suppliers of a specified kind, must display a notice about the consumer guarantees, a supplier making a covered supply must ensure a compliant notice is displayed at its premises when the consumer takes delivery there, or otherwise drawn to the consumer's attention before the consumer agrees to the supply, in the form and place the determination specifies.
