Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s37: s 37 Do not make false or misleading representations about work-from-home or business opportunity schemes

A business must not make a representation that is false or misleading in a material particular about the profitability, risk or any other material aspect of a business activity it has represented can be carried on at or from a person's home, or of a business activity it invites others to take part in that requires them to perform work or invest money and do associated work.
