Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s30: s 30 Do not make false or misleading representations about the sale or grant of an interest in land

In connection with selling, granting or promoting an interest in land, a business must not make a false or misleading representation about its own sponsorship, approval or affiliation, or about the nature of the interest, the price, the location, the characteristics of the land, the use to which it can be or may lawfully be put, or the existence or availability of associated facilities.
