Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s107: s 107 Do not supply or offer product related services that fail a mandatory safety standard

Where a safety standard for product related services (such as installing, maintaining, repairing or modifying consumer goods) is in force, a business must not supply or offer to supply services of that kind that do not comply. Loss caused by non-compliance is taken to be caused by the supply.
