AQF certification documentation may be issued only to a student the RTO has assessed as meeting the product's requirements. Once so assessed, the RTO issues it within 30 calendar days of completing the assessment, provided the student has completed the qualification (or completed units of a qualification they then withdrew from) and has paid all agreed fees for the product.
