Australia Reducing Scam Calls and Scam SMs Industry Code (C661:2022) 4.2b: International origination: pass the received CLI through and drop inbound calls with no CLI

An Australian transit C/CSP passes the international calling number of an inbound international call across interconnection exactly as the international operator delivered it. Inbound international calls that arrive without any A-Party CLI are not delivered to B-Parties or forwarded across interconnection. The Code's notes add that inbound international calls showing an Australian number should not be delivered unless a G664 exception applies, and that non-conforming CLI should be scrutinised as potential scam traffic.
