An apprentice's ordinary hours of work must not go above 38. Under 18.2(a) apprentices receive the award's terms and conditions generally, so the clause 15 cycle, span of hours and RDO accrual apply to them as to other employees, and time beyond ordinary hours is overtime, which is further limited for apprentices by 13.9 and 22.4.
