The PCBU manages psychosocial risks in accordance with Part 3.1 (other than the r 36 hierarchy) and implements control measures that eliminate psychosocial risks so far as reasonably practicable and otherwise minimise them so far as reasonably practicable, having regard to all relevant matters including the duration, frequency and severity of exposure, how hazards interact or combine, the design of work (job demands and tasks), systems of work (how work is managed, organised and supported), the design, layout and environmental conditions of the workplace and of workers' accommodation (including safe entry and exit and welfare facilities), plant, substances and structures, workplace interactions or behaviours, and the information, training, instruction and supervision given.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
