Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r46-47: rr 46 and 47 Workers and others use PPE as instructed, do not misuse it, and report defects

A worker provided with PPE uses or wears it, so far as reasonably able, in accordance with the information, training and reasonable instruction given, does not intentionally misuse or damage it, and tells the PCBU of any damage, defect or need to clean or decontaminate it; a person other than a worker wears PPE at the workplace as the PCBU reasonably instructs. The PCBU's side is to give the instruction and a way to report defects.
